See, when Ron fell head over heals for Fleur, Hermione was crushed, and when he finally came back to his senses it was almost too late.
His guilt was eating him up inside and he tried to get her back, doing whatever it took.
Hermione decided to give him a chance, but he'd have to give it his all to gain back her trust, and as he tries to gain it back he thinks of all the times with her.
