Nick- Nothing Im going to get my son..
kevin- he's staying at demi's
Nick- no he's not
Kevin- If you go there I swear Ill call child services do you want them to take
jacob away?
Nick- you wouldnt !
kevin- Look at you.. Your a mess..
nick- (walks away)
Kevin- where are you going?
Nick- Anywhere but here!
Kevin- nick!
Nick- stay away!


(nick walking)

(someone knocks on the door)
Joe-(opens door) Hey.. sel.. hey
Selena- Omg are you ok?? what happened??
Where iss.. Nick?
Kevin- I dont know he left..
Selena- (crying) is he ok?
Kevin- I dont know!
Selena- Ill go maybe I could find him.. (leaves)


(nick sitting on a bench in the park and crying)
Selena-(sits next to nick) I always come here when I have to think..
Nick- what do you want..
Selena- Did you know that um.. right up there (points... to a hill..)
they say that over that hill there's a tree and its called the wishing tree..
(smiles) they say if you make a wish by the tree it'll come true
Nick- and has it?
Selena- .. No ..(smiles) But it was worth a try..
Nick- why are you here?
Selena- Because I hate seeing you this way
nick- Then dont look
Selena- I cant stop
Nick- I thought I already told you I dont
Selena- Love me? I know ... and im not looking to be
with you.. im looking to be your friend...
nick- I dont need anymore friends..
Selena- Ok.. Jacob is um.. he's beautiful..
Nick- I want him back .. you took him..
Selena- How can You take care of your son when you cant even take care of yourself?
Nick- Im fine..
Selena- Are you? Jacob miss's you.. when.. you stop acting
like your so hurt.. come and get him...
(gets up)
Nick- (gets up) oh what do you know? You dont know what its like to be a single father
you have no idea what its like?
Selena- Everyone has there problems ok but you have a great son.. and a great family.. your
not alone as much as you want to cry about it as much as you want your life to be so bad...
Its not.. Do you know what demi told me.. Yesterday she told me im stronger than I think...
And She was right..You are too...
Nick- You dont know anything
Selena- God nick can you just for once kill that stupid voice in your head and listen
to what other are saying... You have to be strong not only for you but for Jacob..
Nick- I cant(cries) (falls to the floor)
(selena hugs him)
nick- let me go
Selena- I wont let you go.. ever (hugs nick)




(next day)

DemI- Thanx for taking care of Jacob!
Mandy-ofcourse
Selena- Thanx mom
Mandy- You girls just have a good day inschool ok!
Selena- Thanx


Joe- So you seem to be in a good mood..
Nick- yea...
Joe- Is nick back now?
Nick- I just want to see Jacob? And um Joe
Joe- yea
Nick- Im sorry about your eye..
Joe- (smiles) Its fine dont worry about it..
Nick- (smiles) k..

Darcy- um no.. it was a life skill... plus(talking to Jason)
Selena- aloha..
darcy- hey...Sel.. dem
Demi- hey darcy..
Darcy- Oh demi this is Jason u didnt meet him did you?
David hey dem...
Demi-(stares at Jason)
David- (smiles) Hi..
Demi- (Stands there with a suprised look on her face)
Darcy- Dem are you ok?
Demi-... yea... I have to go... (leaves)
Darcy- demi? What?
Selena- Um sorry.. Ill see you later darc
Darcy- k bye! What was that all about?
Jason- I dont know!
