No it isn't. Not sure the name, but it's not on any of his albums unless it's on the Japanese version of Soft Pow'r as that has a few extra songs than the normal version.

definitely not on Jap version of Sof't Pwr yo. all those extra tracks are sacry/bass heavy kind of lo-fi, sounds nothing like anything on Soft Pow'r but worth a listen for fans of uncle kyle
