It won't be hard to beat him if you have a strategy. Just keep dodging like crazy until the speed is in slow motion then hit him with 3 punches at a time. (Tip: While dodging like crazy, make sure you're in defensive mode OTHERWISE HE WILL KILL YOU IN NO TIME!!!)

If you have a strategy, then not really, if not he will kill you in seconds, this was the second time I got K-Oed at all during Boxing, the first was against my brother.
