alot of people say st george's day shouldnt be celebrated by english as he isnt english and was only in a vision of the normans winning a battle, therefore we took upto to celebrate it...(yes thats true). however... the legend of the story, is that he slay a dragon for the maiden wearing the english flag (red cross, white back ground), this has been proven by many medieval literary versions and artistic representations from all over europe at different ages. So why shouldnt we celebrate ?

I thought Cameron was poor last night. Considering Labour has DOUBLED our nation's national debt in just 13 years and sold half of our gold reserves off on the cheap, he rarely attacks their awful economic record.

For once, I felt Brown did well. He exposed Clegg's bizarre idea to disarm our nation at a time when Iran and North Korea appear to be close to attaining nuclear weapons. It's interesting that UKIP are the only party to want to give the English a Parliament of their own though.

FUCK ST GEORGE!!! He was made patron saint of the English by the Normans and their decendents, there was no England when the Roman george lived.If you want a better more applicable patron of England, look no further than Alfred the great.He was born on 23rd april too.And he's ENGLISH!
