I figured this out this morning after hearing the album on NPR's "First Listen" (http://www.npr.org/2011/06/09/136855313/first-listen-bon-iver-bon-iver). I have no way of checking, but I'm pretty sure that this is correct and in the appropriate tuning(UPDATE: I have been informed that the actual tuning has now been posted on Justin Vernon's twitter). I have included all of the chords used in this song, and if you listen along with the track, you should be able to play any part that I did not cover specifically.
Tuning (Low to High): DGDF#AD, capo I
Here's a rough tab that I made:
d]-------------------------------------0-------------------------0-----------2h4/5/4p2p0
a]----------------2-----------------4----4-------------------4------------0---------------:l f#]------------3------------------3----------3------------3---------------------------------:l
d]----------0--------------------------------------------------------------------------------:l
G]—0----------------------2---------------------4----------------------------------------:l
D]-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------:l
section II
d]-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------:l a]---10---------5---------9---------4p2-(2)--2--------------2--------------2---:l f#]--10---------5---------8---------3----(3)--3-----------3--------------3------:l
d]----9---x5---4---x5---7----x5---0---------0-------0--------------0---------:l

Let me know if any of this is useful

sounds fine, but according to justin vernon's twitter it's tuned to EBD#F#BE, with I'm assuming a capo on the 4th fret

@SuperBernardshakey oops- I had no clue. I guess I'll figure out how to do it the proper way and repost eventually.
