Pokemon Platinum GBA: Getting Phione in Sinnoh

I wanted to change my team because everyone in the game kept changing their's and I was getting a little bored with that team. I didn't know that we were going to go and get phione so thats why I had 4 pokemon because I forgot to go to the pokemon center.
