I got the scavenger and ray gun and i was trying to pack-a-punch the scavenger but then I realized....I needed more points, so my older sister and I were running around ray gunning and that and when i finally got enough I died. I pressed x and it took ages for it to come out and I was so close to getting it.

@darkplaya783 yea probably..i think its only by rounds because everytime a new round starts then he shows up..but it is probably 10 minutes like u said..
