Rainbow Sofa - The Game of Manhunt

It's a giant game of manhunt in downtown Victoria. Games happen every couple weeks. Keep an eye for updates, and tell everyone you know!

BASIC MANHUNT RULES:

Manhunt is a hide-and-seek variant. The game starts out with one person, known as the MANHUNTER, who is "it". After the manhunter has been selected, the FUGITIVES have 120 seconds to hide.

If a FUGITIVE is tagged by a MANHUNTER, she or he is BRAINWASHED and forced to join the side of the MANHUNTERS. At the end of the designated time limit, all FUGITIVES who have not been arrested are declared the winners.

Play occurs within predetermined boundaries. If a FUGITIVE exits these boundaries for any reason, she/he joins the MANHUNTERS. Players are identified as being distinct from the general civilian population by means of a HIGHLY-VISIBLE ARMBAND (provided).

i am young and me and a bunch of my friends get together at a choice of 3 places around town we play at night and the people that hide get 80 seconds to hide and only one person can stay at base otherwise it called monkey guarding if you have more than one but iv had the cops chase after me before its better to run.........

In my neighborhood the fugitives have 30 seconds to hide. The manhunter guards a safe zone and we have to touch that safe zone. If the manhunter tags one of us they that person is automatically it for the next round. We play it at night and it is incredible. the best place to hide is on the ground in a secluded spot.

we play it differently we have to teams and one team seeks and if they catch 1 person from another team they just come in as a pow with out being on the other team i llike our way better and when we tag someone we say manhunt manhunt 1 2 3

in my neigborhood we play differently. u have to get to a certain BASE without getting tagged. and there are to teams from the start not just one manhunter. its basically the same game just with a little different rules.

i played this game the other nite but is was just called fugitive and ur hiding but also tryin to get from point A to point B without being tagged and there are at least 3 or 4 drivers with a runner and if u get tagged u have to help catch the others
