Speaker Bass Praises Obama Administration Water Investment

(Sacramento) In this weeks Democratic address Speaker of the California State Assembly Karen Bass (D-Los Angeles) praises the Obama Administrations decision to invest million of dollars into California water projects. In the address Speaker Bass says, In his visit this week Secretary (of the Interior Ken) Salazar announced $260 million in federal stimulus that will boost Californias water supply while protecting fish habitat, improve dams and other infrastructure as well as mitigate the impacts of drought. Speaker Bass goes on to say the State Legislature will work closely with the Obama Administration, the Governor and Congress on additional measures to protect the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, -- a source of drinking water for 25 million Californians. Mrs. Bass, while the Central Valley's farms are dying for water, you praise President Obama's water policy? You and your party are destroying America and you praise the person who shuts off our water? Your party is systematically eliminating the food supply in California. Please save your rhetoric. We are rising up against the democrat party and don't be surprised if your without a job in the very near future.
