Tip: (if your not lazy) After most the oil have dripped, get tube, and open the top where you put oil, and blow into it through the tube to get all of the oil out, it works good, and all of the old oil will be out.

How often do you have to change the Oil?

Lefty loosey, righty tighty!

I think the washer is suppose to go on top of the spring, not outside on the filter! Refer to the instruction in the manual.

You saved me from what probably would have been a lot more messy of a learning experience. Not to say it wasn't messy. But without this guide it could have been a lot worse.

Nice vid but you assembled the oil filter wrong. It's the spring, washer, filter then the cap... Not spring, filter, washer, etc. Just FYI ;)

@cmasfca good point but they always teach you to use the old oil i dont know why maybe cuz the burnt oil is actually better just to wet the o ring and new oil might be to much and burn off to slow so it might leak

a tip for you when your loosening the nut off with the ratchet. with one hand push it tight as to loosen it and hit the end of the handle with your right hand. Will come off smoother rather slipping and sending your oil container flying :P!
I was under the impression you should use new oil to lube the o ring...otherwise the debris from the used oil will not create the best possible seal

I would but you don't have to I guess.
I think you have to change it every other oil change, but I'd change it every oil change. (:
