What? man you really should check both songs again. Plagiarized persian songs exists like the Shadmehr songs or Assef, Toofan and others. But this song does not resemble at all. The only thing they share is a saxophone with different rhytm, chorus and style.

I try to translate some part of it He is singing something like:
Every time i wanted to say to you i Love my tongue went silent and i couldn`t think.
