Eos 20d was my first Dslr and takes great photos!
Ive still got it.
The main thing is that you need good lenses.
A good thing is you can pick up m42 screw thread lenses cheap on ebay that work well with an adaptor.
You dont get autofocus though its all manual.
Pentax super takumars are very sharp maunal m42 lenses.
Top quality and produce great photos especially the 50mm f 1.4.(around £40 -£90 on ebay)
That lens has a magical quality about it.

Mainly the standard 28-135mm, but a few of the shots I used a 50mm f/1.8
