Thanks for the updates. I work for the Fed Gov and in May, there was a new directive for all Agencies. No Harrassment, bias or discrimination. When I transition at work, I am 24/7 female. HR has to change all my records to show new name and gender. All documents with old name and gender are sealed. I have to use the women's bathroom. Insurance company has to change records and they can not deny coverage for mamograms. No on SRS coverage at this time. It is better now

Exciting times we live in. Great news on the new standards. Good to see you again!
Looking very pretty Kaylee. I am happy to hear that the "gatekeeper" is being challenged but as for the change from "disorder" to "non-conformist" not so much. I can see that change helping insurance companies in denying claims. Just my two cents.

@LadyDi826 Thanks for commenting, that is a really interesting perspective. I wonder where we could find more information on that possibility...

A really nice vidio update, with very useful information! I myself have used that term "Gender Identity Disorder", yet I still agree that the term that I have used, still applys to me personally! Gender Dysphoria is a common name, so how many more names are going to be introduced???

@natplymouth86 I agree, the terms and acronyms keep piling up eh? Gender Dysphoria though is more the feeling of unhappiness, or restlessness with a trans persons birth gender. There are days that I have a high level of Dysphoria, and others where it is lower, but i'm always a transperson / gender non-conforming person, no matter what i'm wearing.
