Frans, Johan and I are members of the flying club Vliegclub Teuge. On September 15th of 2011 we took off from Teuge Airport in The Netherlands for a flight to Innsbruck in Austria in a Piper Archer of our flying club.
We were very fortunate to have excellent weather conditions.
The next day we made a round trip from Innsbruck with stops at Zell am See and St. Johann in Tirol for coffee/lunch breaks and to switch seats (pilot, co-pilot, cameraman). We flew along the glaciers of mount Grossvenediger and mount Grossglockner and over the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse (English: Grossglockner High Alpine Road).
On the 17th we flew back to Holland. Just in time before the bad weather, with snow and poor visibility, would make it nearly impossible to fly home in the next couple of days.
Prachtige beelden, mannen!!! Complimenten, en dat met onze BVT, Gr, HtC
