That looks like Texas Rowing Center. They were nice enough to give me a sit on top with a seat full of water the last time I was there. Got a nice ass cramp from minute one.

The best thing about the sit-on-top kayak is that spiders can't hide inside the boat.

Turning isn't hard in a rec. kayak. And mine goes pretty much straight all the time, I've had mine for a few years now and it's a perception Sundance, and it's really easy to turn and very easy to control.

You guys are beginners and want to know about whitewater kayaking? Excuse me? A beginner shouldn't do that! But the only thing I see about paddling one is... nothing. He doesn't even mention that you need one.
