Buck Vantage Pro and Spyderco Tenacious size comparison

Side by side size comparison of the Buck Vantage Pro and the Spyderco Tenacious. They are essentially the same size. Both of these knives fall roughly in the same price range, the Buck being only around $10 more than the Tenacious. I consider the Vantage Pro to be a classier knife, but the Tenacious is a little sturdier feeling. Both are very good knives for this price range. Buck Vantage Pro, USA made. Spyderco Tenacious, China made.

damn right, I paid 50$ for my Pro. It fucking rules! too bad the price went up, still I am thinking about getting a small Pro too.

@EasternGateGuardian Yup. I have to say, unfortunately fit and finish on the Vantage line appears to be hit or miss with the evenness of the grind and the alignment of the blade when the knife is closed. But if you do get a Vantage with good fit and finish, it is a darn good knife for the money.

hey, I guess this would apply to all models of the vantage right? I also have the select version in paperstone...had to reprofile the edge, it was such a mess out of the box. The pro one was perfect and feels way more sturdy.
