how do u find ur spring water? have u tried grapefruit mixed with peppermint? I have just tried peppermint thus far. I have just started using the oils again after severals years

Hey You can intake peppermint oil and lemon oil orally? wow I am going to try them. I have a question can I use peppermint and/or lemon oil as a room deodorizer or as a grease cleaner for my kitchen? Can I use them on my dry skin in the winter? Thanks for sharing

Philip this is great! Please do more aroma reviews, I love this. I have been trying to replace beauty products with aromatherapy oils. I love them, especially in replace of perfume/cologne like you said. I have fresh mint growing which I love to use for internal usage but also have peppermint and wintermint oils, they are divine. Organic oils! more videos like this please!

Great video. Very informative and helpful. I mix peppermint oil with cacao powder, coconut oil and sweetener to make a chocolate syrup, then I add that to my banana ice-cream. It hardens and becomes chocolate chips. It's like eating Jr. Mints. I have writs pain. I think I will go rub some in and see how I feel. Thank you for the suggestion.
