I think that Anette is not bad singer . Shes good, but not perfect. Tarja has got a cassical voice, very briliant and more fhasionable for this music and her performances were more energy for people. I dlike to see Tarja, singing a song Amaranth. Anett singing this song wery nice but i think that singing in Nightwish is a big battle for her ... because we know that Tarja was the only one for us. :-* good luck Anett

@WhiteRoseWithering96 Agree - I couldn't image her singing Ghost Love Score, but now I think it's beautifull version.
I didn't like Anette at the beggining, but I now see she isn't bad - and getting better. She doesn't sound good in every song, but who does? (see Tarja singing "Smells like teen spirit" ;))

Anette cant sing for shit... not like Tarja can.
The rest of the band needs to let go of their unjustified pride and try to get Tarja back, after all, the reason NightWish came into being was because the band tried to back Tarja up with acoustics and then had to go electric. (Thus creating the sound that put them on the map.)

Anette really owns this song. I don't like all of her versions of "Tarja songs" (cough cough, Slaying the Dreamer) but here she is AMAZING.

People who don't understand the song they loose themselves in stupid details. The point is to feel the song.
The singing since 1:20 is pretty good for the meaning of the song. Also it's live.
tarja's pronunciation ruins everything in this song and of course vibrato And Tarja's voice sounds pretty annoying live. (see over the hills and far away live. bad pronunciation + annoying voice.
But a nice performance for a rock vocal :)
Nightwish wanted to change. And anette is the best one.
