@Vashlyaev I was kiting in Venezuela last February, and the Russians did not seem to be very interested in sticking to the right of way rules, being helpful, being friendly and most of all being relaxed. So actually I don't care if the Russians already did cross the Bering, as they seem to exclude themselves for all the rest of the world.

@ferswindon Our team tried to cross the Strait but due to the weather conditions they did not reach the Russian main land. But they made it to the international dateline, which is a genuine world record as they were the first who reached the international dateline from Alaska to Russia by kitesurfing! We are proud of our kiters for following their convictions against all odds in their attempt :)
