http://Shop.StrongerTeam.com - I had the opportunity this morning to talk to the campers at the Hoop Magic Elite Basketball Camp in Chantilly, VA. My theme was for them to do the "little things" necessary to becoming the best player they can be!

  • Hey coach, can u please tell me what kind of gym workouts should i do at the gym to improve my game?

  • @holykahhang I don't handle the skill portion of the training program.... only the strength & conditioning portion. If you need help with the S & C - I have a ton of workouts and resources at Shop dot Stronger Team dot com!

  • i played at the hoop magic thing in VA last yr. it was cool.

  • I'd imagine Steph Curry does more than one hand, Alan was just giving gestures.

  • I've been listening to Alan's speeches and implemented them in my summer. Alan talked about always embracing opportunities. I listened to that sppech and then went to the Phenom 150 camp. There was an optional early bird workout. Funny cause only 1/3 the camp went and it mainly wasn't the top ranked kids. That showed me that once i get athletic i'll catch up wit them cause i have the work ethic the don't got.

I'm curious about Stephen Curry's warm-up. Was it only one handed form shooting?

  • Alan Stein is one of the best speakers ever...ganon baker is pretty good but alan is better. His speeches on youtube are great (the maryland one, NBPA camp, this one is my favorite)! The players at Montrose are so privileged. He's probably one of the reasons why Justin Anderson is so big and athletic. The other month T-Ross from Montrose was back home in WA at my gym...he walked in and did a between the legs dunk without warming up!
