Well, since I don't really know Ukrainian stars except girl singers Alina, Assol and Marietta, I cannot say if he is some movie or t.v. star, but more likely he is just an actor hired for his looks to be in her music video.

You can do a search on her on Google to find more, She has a short wikipedia pàge and other websites, but I will mention that I tell in the info. that she is from the Ukraine, which is a former country of the U.S.S.R. and borders in the west of Russia.and also with Poland and Romania in Eastern Europe. Wikipedia has a page on the Ukrainian language also. Have fun.
