@900bigd Depends upon what year Z you get.. I ended up going with a DE not an HR.

@MSBx03 yeah bro I'm looking to do a supercharger for my z, but im not sure exactly what parts have to be upgraded for the new stress they will endure. And tips?

Im looking at getting a VQ35HR but idk torn because ive heard so many different things on countless numbers of forums. I wanna go forced induction, but I don't know if I really feel like putting the effort into pulling the engine and lowering the compression, forging the internals head gasket blah blah blah. :[:[:[
we did at the shop. STS is working on the rear mount for the HR.. We had to adapt a lot of the components for the HR. It is on a per car basis right now.

I'm curious what kinda cost is involved in this setup? Is it something that could be mostly DIY installed and driven/flatbedded in for a finish tune?

we started with a STS rear mount kit.. rear of the kit goes on the same.. but everything from the rear axle forward gets modified... front piping is made totally from scratch..
We can always send you a pretune to drive in on for final tuning

Hmm, I may be getting in touch later in the year. Any idea what it made at 10 psi?
This is promising for us HR guys.

That is the thing that no one gets yet... The HR motor is 100% different than all the others before it.. The bottom end hardware is based a lot on the new GTR bottom end. These motors are a lot tougher and have an incredible amount of built in efficiency in the heads compared to the older motors. They can be pushed to mid 500's without problems. I am going to see if I can get my personal one into the 600's on stock bottom.
