Thanks for bring this out the the avg joe I hate Networks im always thinking its my cable provider that is the problem However i'm learning Ipv4 / ipv6 and more and more about processes and manual/auto settings ..I started with a dell p4 long ago and now i have my own Amd quad 965 black and video card and many own installed upgrades since then ...maybe one day i'll figure it all out before they make a new system or software lol

Btw i'm paying for 10mbps cable net and i'm getting around 19mbps to 21 mbps download .. however upload is 0.50 no more no less .. is this a avg thing? thanks

Hi freakyflow, here is your answer on behalf of Jimmy Ray Purser: "Depends on the SP to be honest. It is very common to have dramatically different up/down speeds. Although, yours seems on the too low side to me. I would ring ‘um up and find out if your splitting that pipe in a unfair way." Thanks! ~Rob
