Charlie Green in the Philippines with Sharon Cuneta Charlie Green was born on the 16 February 1997. Even at the early age of two years Charlie regularly entertained family and friends with vocal renditions of classic songs such as, "New York, New York" and "If I Were A Rich Man".
When he was three he entered a talent show on the cruise ship, Ocean Majesty, and wooed passengers with his singing of that popular song, "All of Me". Subsequently he has performed in cabaret and entertained on the grand piano to passengers on board Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, Black Prince and Black Watch.
In 2002 he took part in a show at the Royal Opera House in York, where he sang a medley of songs, ably accompanied by a group of young female dancers.
In 2003 he was asked to perform the opening cabaret at the annual Black & White Minstrel Reunion; dad, Roger Green, was a principal vocalist with the show. Such was his success that he was invited back to repeat his performance in 2004/05/07 and again this year in 2008.
Charlie has also appeared at the Guildhall in Worcester with the City of Worcester Brass and, for the past three years, has been special guest at a St. Georges Day Concert, at the Holy trinity Church in Old Hill, West Midlands, accompanied by the well-known Phoenix Brass Band.
When he was eight years of age Charlie was delighted to be invited, by The "Not Forgotten" Association for ex-servicemen, to perform at their annual concert at St James's Palace. Among those also appearing were, Cilla Black, The Drifters and lyricist Richard Stilgoe. The highlight of the day for Charlie was being presented to HRH The Princess Royal.
Charlie was a special guest entertainer at the Lady Ratling' annual variety show at the Kenneth More Theatre in Ilford, Essex.
For Christmas 2007 Charlie recorded his debut Christmas single, 'Hands Around The World', in association with the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. The song came top of the charts for two weeks over the Christmas period, on the download site Audio Lunchbox, but was then relegated to third place behind, Rosemary Clooney and Frank Sinatra.
In February 2008 Charlie auditioned for the TV show, Britain's Got Talent, and quickly progressed through the preliminary rounds to the semi finals, where he narrowly missed out on a place in the grand final. He was highly praised by the judges, Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan.
In June Charlie performed a twenty-minute spot at the Three Counties Show in Malvern, Worcestershire, as special guest of the Wyvern FM Roadshow.
During his short "Showbiz" career, Charlie has worked hard at his craft in order to develop his talents further, so that he can perform to a much wider audience. Even at the tender age of eleven Charlie is very focused on what he hopes to achieve in the world of entertainment.

Fuck off Potnude Charlie is a really great singer i would really love to see you do what he does. Do you have a great voice..... I personally think ur jealous if you dont like him heres an idea DONT WATCH HIS VIDEOS!!!!
Fantastic voice at a young age. Few could have jazzy "bounce" voice until they get to be in their 20's or 30's. Even Frank Sinatra didn't really have it until he reached his 40's. (forever fan of Frank S) I think this kid is like little Michael Bublee. Just watch his moves. His stage presence is remarkable! His confidence exudes. Not to mention that he's soooooooooooo cute! I wish that he'd come to the States and pursue his career here. More power to you Charlie! Your fan in the USA.
XD This son of a bitch inbred is a wierdo Obviously he can't get any attention in the UK so his parents decided to send him to the Philippines where people apreciate his Strange and awful way of singing I dont really undersand why filipinos like the way he sing his songs Maybe it's the fact that he's Half filipino and he made it through the auditions of X factor although that was the only achievement he got from the competition.
Nothing wrong with me, what I Said is extremely precise and correct.
I dont know if you know shit about the x factor, but he only made it through the auditions and thats all. he eventually got his ass kicked out. and no one really bothered to get him to perform again in the UK. And the funny thing about his introductions in the philippines is that the hosts always Remark him as the 'International Sensation'.Huh, here in the UK no one knows who charlie green is. ask anyone in the streets.
