The Telheiras Scottish Country Dance Group performed two medley sequences at a Charity Dance Gala in Lisbon on 9th April 2011. This is the first sequence, made up of slightly adapted versions of two ceilidh dances, Jamie's Jig and Lads and Lassies of Livermore, followed by a circle dance. The circle dance, done first in strathspey time and then in reel time, was specially devised for the show. The dancers were a mixture of experienced dancers and very new dancers, who bravely agreed to do the show at the Colégio São Tomás, Quinta das Conchas, Lisbon. The music is by Keith Smith and Muriel Johnstone (Jamie's Jig and Lads and Lassies, using music for Deil amang the Tailors); the Muriel Johnstone Band (strathspey circle dance, using music for Adieu Mon Ami); the Marian Anderson Band (reel circle dance, using music for Fisherman's Reel)
