Yes it is but as I demontrated in other videos and in thiese ones, a vintage tremolo can be set to work perfectly and will sound better than a two pivots one.

Excuse me, another question: how to deepen the hole in the sustain block? (U show it at 1:46 but I don't know what to use to do that... The special drill bit U show after, perhaps? ;) )

Thank bro for theses videos, they are really interesting and well explain.

At 7:00 : Official Fender website strat setup guide do recommend to loose theses 4 internal screws for better smooth tremolo movement. However does it really change your tone to do that? What do you think?

@Juni41 Mmhh strange... No it does not change anything also because they are perfectly aligned with a CNC machine. I am going to post a video on how to setup these 6 screws properly for the best tremolo performance.

Thanks for this very usefull video. I just wandering, is it possible to readjust the old strat tremolo with 6 points to the new and, everyone says, better version which has a 2 point by instaling those special 2 point screws and expanding the first and the sixt hole on the tremolo. Thank very much...
