yes i have acer aspire 5740G 4g ram and 500 disc is super great with windows 7 i use him 60month no problemes always work super great hhh love acer

Tanx. Mine arrived today, but it's an a 150, with 120gb hdd. Will try windows 7 this weekend. The drivers to use are the same as xp?

Hi, it really works on the acer one, I buyed last week another acer one with the 10,1" and both of them runs great. The only thing you have to do with the SSD version is to disable system protection, disk cache writing and hibernation. Once you've done that you need a SDHC (at least 4 GB) and turn on ReadyBoost. Search on the net for "Tweak Vista for slow HDD's", but don't disable Superfetch because ReadyBoost doesn't work any more. And thx for the post :-D.
