no worries, just take some time to think before you post!

  • Don't mean to offend sorry. I am probably not part of your target audience, however this would benefit those who are in the transition from couch potato to mobile and able. I go fro more power lifting based box squat technique which is major hardcore.

    Do your research...

A box squat is a teaching tool, to help beginners get comfortable with sending their hips back so that they can engage their posterior change and work primarily their hamstrings and gluts.

Allowing them to focus on engaging their lower back, and lower abs, as well as scapular stabilization.

A box squat should never be loaded, if you fail and sit down, compression through the spine potentially causing severe damage to your discs is the risk you will take.

  • You really think this can compete with other 'box squat' vids on here. Do your research before making an ass of yourself
