To all the viewers who see this and think " all women are scammers" , let me stop u right there because that would be admitting that a we cannot outsmart women and possibly avoid this. Look, Im not saying its her boss's fault but to the trained eye women like this stick out like a thorn. So whats the solution? What can u do to avoid these women? Simple, women like this have common traits just like any other psychopath start listening to your gut. Women can never fool your "gut feeling".

I've worked with many a psycho who acted like a flighty school girl, slept with attorneys for treats, and then threw tantrums when it all came crashing down. I vowed never to be one of them. Though there were many times I experienced situations that a feminist would construe as 'harassment', I always handled things internally without dramatics. If you can't develop a sense of humor about it, you've no business in business.

I think workplaces could work oversensitivity into their personality tests and/or refuse to hire people based on oversensitivity. "Please rate the following situations degree of discrimination:" It's all about getting a signature on something beforehand if they're hired to avoid legal battles.

Good on the female Judge for seeing right through this drama queen. A man cant even look at a women at work without her screaming harassment....but he also walks on eggshells whenever he opens his mouth!!

Harassment is defined as whatever a women perceives it to be ....a complement is only a complement if she perceives it as one, or if she finds you attractive.

She was offended by her boss ..so what!! Being offended is part of being in the real world...and taking offence is a choice!
