This style of dancing is modeled after the original YouTube sensation "Take Some Crime," particularly his alter-ego Forsythe. It's called electro-swing, same as the genre of music. TSC has two other alter-egos (Ogg and Guile). The fellow in the above video has simply spent long hours learning the many moves for which Take Some Crime has become famous.
