Make sure all the slepping, puncuation and capitalisation is correc when requesting it. I've fell fowl of missing a . of a capital letter many a time.

on a not so related to kk's awesomeness note, turn down the volume of your opening logo thing. it is loud like a commercial, then kk gets all quiet. thanks for putting these up though, AC rocks.
