Hey, very nice technique man! however, your tone sounds a bit mid-heavy and unclear, atleast it does on youtube, dunno if it's how it was recorded or watever, but what EQ settings are you using? also I think you may be hitting a few open strings which ring out and make it less clear as well. Jus though i'd ry and help, totally not having a go at you, you got double thumbing down nice!

well all I did was plug a mid quality passive bass into a crate bx25 practice amp with flat eq and hit record. I may of been a bit tense in the hands for this improve, but I did just get home from working a 14 hour shift. yes it could have a much better sound. Thank You.

sorry man was just trying to be fair! as I said, the actualy playing is awesome and pretty flawless, just the sound, its a personal thing I supose.
also, if you were so tired then why is this the main video on your profile?

I really don't get a whole lot of chances to do video's unless I am spontaneous and whip one out like this video. I do appreciate any comments. I simply turned up the high mids on the crate amp and it sounds much better. My Japanese made yamaha bb1600 bass (from the early 80's) has a natural 200-500 hz boost. great for jaco stuff. But wooten stuff was turning to mud pretty fast. Thanks.
