Burns's words, a traditional melody (roughly "Lady McIntosh's Reel"). I didn't even realize until I was done that, of course, I have a Scottish flag hanging behind me.

Comments would be appreciated.

  • As much as I like Paolo Nutini's version, I have to say I like yours better. Did you teach yourself to play?

  • I did. Thank you for the kind comments.

  • Very nice version. Saw yours when I uploaded my own reggae acoustic version. Well done and guid luck.

  • I've listened to this a couple more times, and yesterday it was echoing in my mind for a couple of hours afterwards. Does anyone know how to capture the audio for an ipod?

  • Well done.

  • You have talent. laddy!

  • Wonderful!!!

  • Great job!

  • I don't recall hearing this before, it's nice. Wow, Casey, you've just become so much more assured in this singing/playing over the past couple of years. How about some more of your own songs? I've listened to Dream Song a lot. Oh, and I watched & commented on the newer posting first, before I knew that you'd commented on the flag.
