I took this as hearing the audio coming back through your headphones or speakers later than what is actually being recorded. So muting the track would seem logical - I'm going to do more research but my question is: Does Latency mean your not recording in real time? Or is the latency your hearing actually being recorded late? Help me out expertvillage or anybody

Make your i/o buffer smaller and the latency is less
computer seems to work harder to process though
Latency is some bullshit....fucks up your feel and feel is everything.
