very few people can pull off this kind of complex playing and still make it sound tasteful, listenable, and inspired (especially if it's going to be on a blues track). There's a difference. It's very impressive, sure. But he's missing what people like Howe and Vai have: a sense of melodic shape, contour, and direction.
