Jinx the parrotlet being persistent

Jinx has a thing for the door stop, so I covered it with a measuring cup for the dog food... which wasn't good enough, because I had to use the weight of her basket of toys to hold it in place. Which still wasn't enough, so what you can't see if the ceramic cat bowl behind it, trying to hold the measuring cup in place.

Jinx is very persistent. She wants to be in the cup... not to mention playing with the door stop.
