the new system in Tales Of Graces is using is called SS-lmbs (Shift Style Linear Motion Battle System) so with asbel one button would be defensive the other offensive... ie. A plus a swinging motion would be offensive attacks like beast and sword rain with the sword drawn while B plus a motion means he is using defensive moves ( if he is like Zelos ,Kratos or any other swordsman and magician) would activate gaurdien and other status effecting moves... just writing is making me want the game! :/

thanks you are the only one who thinks that mystic artes should be difficult to preform.... in my opinion abyss was a great start for the mystic artes... the subtle tries (and sadly failures) of games that came after were problematic...ToV was great but with the fact that when in over limit you could use burst artes over and over again made it so that it would be more costly in TP but wouldnt take up ll of your Over Limit...

Tales of the abyss had the most epic ones IMO thats why i want more but i can see you point. if there are a 2nd mystic arte for a char, it should be harder to perform

No No No you do not want that...

ToSDotNW had tons of them but eventually it got boring... we need a few for a charactor(or just 1 for lesser charactors) and they need to be something like a totally devastating move that is very difficult to perform.

even better you could have 2 or 3 characters with 2 mystic artes and the 1st is easier (but not too to easy) to execute while the 2nd is a blow-your-fingers-off-ultimate­-destruction-mystic-art with awesum graphix... *-*
