    Actually, Biggie made ''Who shot ya'' completely unrelated to Tupac getting shot before Tupac who was by this time getting extremely paranoid, no disrespect, may his soul rest, but he was, Mobb Deep, DMX and several others did diss him after Tupac started the whole thing
