I personally think Drunken Tiger should be remembered not only for their musical innovations, but also for what they tried to do for the Korean socio-cultural mindset. They were revolutionary -- not only for their musical endeavors but also for creating a tolerant attitude towards those of different racial backgrounds in Korea, namely second-generation kids/Blacks/Hispanics. Hopefully one day they will be acknowledged for this. That is why I not only enjoy their music but I look up to them.

I feel sad but still nostalgic when ever I hear Drunken Tiger, nobody makes music like DT did. Tiger JK and DJ Shine made history on so many levels.

It changed my view of Hip-Hop forever when I heard them first time on the other side of the planet from Korea.

Drunken Tiger should be inducted in the Hip Hop Hall of Fame. With the likes of Big Daddy Kane, and Rakim... even Rakim did a song with them recently. I think Mickey Eyez is in the fashion business laying low now.
