@dropfry it's sad. poor beef flavor; next time i'll forget the tradition and keep all the broth >:)
maybe then it'll turn out actually pretty good ^^

@JaimieGamboa I went to culinary school and this make me cringe every time I see it. Especially boil the bones since I was always told to barely simmer them. It actually comes out pretty badass even though its completely absurd.

I agree about the wasted broth but its to help keep the soup clear. I dont mind cloudy myself.
