Tube Lines station upgrade

Most of the work to upgrade the Underground has to take place at night during so-called engineering hours, the short time when passenger trains don't run. Typically just four hours long, workers have to bring in all their equipment and the materials they need, set up work sites, complete tasks and tidy up thoroughly before stations open again in the morning.

This video shows work at one station upgrade, which improve safety, security and passenger information. Tube Lines has finished 61 station upgrades and is currently on site at more than 10. I cannot really see any progress. Looks like the people on the scaffold are painting the ceiling. What else? Im traveling every day through Notting Hill Gate. Over the last 3 Months there has been nearly no progress at all. The stations condition makes me want to leave it as fast as possible.
