Ismael his firstborn son when he was about 86 years old. AL'LAH also made Ismael the Great Nation of Abraham of Genesis 12; and made Abraham's seed of his young fruitful wife the noble Hagar not to be counted for multitude through the twelve son's, kings of Ismael from his pure and genuine Arabic wife from the Arabic tribe of Qahtan.
AL'LAH also gave a second son to Prophet Abraham through his very old wife the noble Sarah. When AL'LAH announced the news of the birth of the Prophet Isaac to Abraham, Abraham kind of brushed off the news and prayed for his beloved firstborn son the Prophet Ismael, of which AL'LAH assured Abraham that He already blessed Ismael; and made him fruitful; and his descendent, the Arabs would be, shall not be counted for multitude; and Ismael would beget twelve princess, kings; and would make him the Great Nation as the fulfillment of His previous promises.
The Prophet Isaac was not blessed and was not fruitful as Ismael was. Isaac did not get married until after his mother's death when he was about forty years old.
Isaac did not have children except for his twin children Esso and Jacob, when he was about 75 years old, while Ismael and his children were dominating the land that AL'LAH promised and delivered to Abraham and his firstborn Ismael.
The Birth of Esso and the Prophet Jacob is the birth of the other tribe of the Semitic Arabs of the religion of monotheism of their grand father Abraham.
Abraham also married another wife, the Noble woman Katura, whose origin is not known and begot six Arabic Semitic children, who established six other Arabic tribes, whom Abraham sent further eastward into Asia to occupy the entire promised world, which AL'LAH gave to Abraham and his seed.

Isaac and the six children from Katura were raised under the care and the protection of their older brother Ismael and his twelve Semitic Arabic kings.
