I have been in tears watching this doco. I have always had an inner voice that I have dampened down over the years about doing humanitarian involving different cultures than my own. I have only recently had clarity about what my values & passions are. I have just gone along with the 'expected' goals of (suburban) life and have been left felling rather 'empty' in my soul. I have actually today inquired about doing a degree in International Aid & Development. Thanks for this video.

what "new counrty" what disputes with what neighborours they call their "country" macedonia if is that then why not give them northern greece too as that is macedonia n why not give greece to Turkey too was part of the ottoman Turks at one time n give palestine n lebanon to israel anyway n on that why not jordan too it will come in the end unless there is WW3 go to iraq mate n palestine n see what real war is what attrocities really are

years ago some easter country named one of their small islands scotland n made whiskey there naturally it WAS scotch whiskey, if that holds in a court of law so does the name macedonia, macedonia like poloponese ipyros n other counties of Greece is part of greece irrispective what others may say

sorry mate but you dont see any other country with such crazy claims. Just because they say it it doesnt mean it should be this way. We can name our country California, and out of nowhere make territorial claims on the actual California and claim that significant people born there were not Americans but "Californians". If you look at the FYROM's claims they are exactly the same. THey even go as far as assume Alexander the Great was them! AND THEY ARE SLAVS! A MIXTURE OF ALBANIANS AND BULGARIANS

how do macedonia's refer to it though? I doubt they say "I'm from Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia" or even FYROM.
