@RichieScorpio64 You could have Anemia (B Vitamin deficiency) that is causing depression. That is what happened to me. see Deplin.com for an explanation. I take the generic version of Deplin. L-Methylfolate (5-MTHF) by Metabolic Maintenance. I buy from NaturalHealthyConcept/com their price is best. Maybe a B Vitamin supplement would help you? If your problem is a vitamin deficiency the supplement will help. Estimates are 30-40% of depressed patients need need supplements

@MegaScamBusters I got permanent central nervous system damage from Abilfy. That drug is evil.
I gained & lost 170 pounds on weight gainer meds. The CDC has said do not use weight gainer meds as the patient gets insulin-resistant Diabetes, but doctors still prescribe. We are being killed and damaged by the drugs. Big pharma is a scam.
Docs who prescribe based on perks from pharmacy rep shouldn't practice medicine.

Using no medicaI tests at aII, I'm diagnosing you as 'crazy.' Here's a prescription for brain-disabIing "abiIify" a nueroIeptic drug.
I did this without any Iab test, brain scan or procedure known to medicaI science that you in fact "have" the "iIIness" impIied by the diagnostic IabeIs.
You're Iocked into a Iife-time diagnosis, needing Iife-time "treatments". MeanwhiIe, I'II get Iife-time payments, either from you or from your heaIth insurance.
Psychiatry is a scam, I was a victim.

I am married to someone with bipolar I. This has been my biggest problem in dealing with them - they typically refuse to acknowledge the illness, or, when they do, they use it as an excuse for bad behavior. And then they will blame you for their illness: "I would not be this way if you had not done such and such..." It's a nightmarish illness that is always present, even when somewhat "controlled" with medication.
These people, they won't stop until they have everyone diagnosed with one of their mental disorders. Psychiatry is a business, big business, not medicine.

I would like to argue that the other problem with the illness, is some doctors don't know what they're doing, and are starting to misdiagnose, and very inappropriately medicate people. There is also still much improvement needed in psychiatric "treatment." I started off with having social phobia, then bp II although I seemed to not have a lot of signs and symptoms. You have to be well informed before seeing a psychiatrists. These days it's all about the pills.
