For the second year in a row I will not be having a traditional Goose or turkey. Instead I will be digging into a Crispy Aromatic Duck followed by Christmas Pudding. With turkey and goose not even available in much of the world what will you be eating for Christmas this year?

I believe we are having Ham. Turkey is normally Thanksgiving for us, so I hope its the spiral honey glazed ham.. yum...

its a way they cut the ham.. its a circular cut, the honey is a glaze that bakes into the ham

it was shellfish, but in Spain typical dishes at christmas include roast lamb, fish soups, pork, and different types of biscuit for dessert
