Headless Helmet (Potential HDLC for Animal Crossing City Folk)

Recently, it was brought to my attention about the potential glitch for having headless character by wearing an equipment-type item as a mask. In this video you will see the results of:
1. Changing item type by using a generic code (text-to-change-type)
2. Using transparent texture for an item (modifying the PLT0 section of brres file)
3. Creating potential new HDLC (only to be issued when DLC issuance is slow down or stopped)

In case anyone want to try the text-to-change-type code (I made it some time ago), I include it below. The first two-byte number represents the item index (http://diilc.googlecode.com/files/itemshiftlist.zip), and the second one-byte number represents the item type (http://wiird.l0nk.org/forum/index.php/topic,1856.msg27269.html#msg27269).

how do i turn the items transparent?

What I did was changing/editing the palette of the texture for that specific item so that it had transparent colors. I did not use any code for that.

Ahahaha!!! This is awesome! It probably works with a 'not used' invisible chair as well, huh! ^-^
