All that is in your head. I really enjoyed that solo.
-
Nah, I think you're wrong. Guitar solo is good, this guy is a part of a well know duo. Besides, he plays another instrument, why would he try to give that impression?
-
that guitar solo is so not necessary. it gives the impression the guy feels he has to prove that men are still the better musicians or somethin.

I've seen Mairead ni Mhaonaigh live and she is amazing, and really nice too!

This is definetly progressive rock :D
I mean, progressive rock is definetly "inspired" by popular music
-
This is amazing!!
I've seen Liz Carroll play live before, but I'd never seen any of the other fiddlers. This was really great!! Thanks for sharing!
-
ahh beautiful ^_^

I completely agree. It sounded very messy as you said, and that extra echo didn't fit at all. The violins were flowing, while the guitar was stumbling.

I've met Liz Knowles she is REALLY nice. I would LOVE to see Liz Carroll perform. THAT would be amazing.

If you watch Mairead ni Mhaonaigh her fingers fly off the string too and I do that as well so it's really what you are comfortable with. You will see fiddlers hold the bow differently hold the fiddle differently. It's what feels right for you.
