If I got the Greatest Hits version of Silent Hill, would I be able to find the 'lost' memo in the US version, or have they not fixed the US copy?

The boiler explosion was definitely caused by Alessa, but maybe it wasn't necessarily the fear and stress from the ritual, but rather Alessa herself trying to find someway to prematurely end the ritual before it could be carried out, attempting to immolate both herself and the ritual's starters as a way to try and prevent the demon from entering our world. However, her attempt failed, and she split her soul as her very last prevention method.

whats that song at 3:00? it kinda sounds like the piano from the song innocent moon but i hear drums instead of that wierd maoning in the innocent moon track. And i think when Heather stated she was gonna be a sacrifice, i think it was a mess up, since in the first game she and her alter ego alessa were the original ones chosen? Or mabye that is what she just what she assumed? Giving false info to the players? I dont know if my theory is right, please feel free to attack me with evidence. :/

wow u guys are really good at this. analzing lore in video games used to be something i was totaly interested in because well no one else could explain for me and it was a diffrent time where cutscenes and video games in general were very diffrent back then but now i feel like everyone is spoiled with stuff like well reviews and heck even just lets plays that well alot of times the descision is made for you on if u want this game or not. if that makes any sense.

However, I got one curiosity remaining: why when reality became nightmare there's only Harry, Dahlia, Lisa, Kaufmann and Cybil? What makes them special? Thank you very much again. Silent Hill is one of my very very best favorite videogames ever.
