The French need another revolution, although I don't know how that will solve their economic problems. Here in California Governor Schwarzenegger approved a new budget that includes $15 billion in cuts (mostly to education), $15 billion in new taxes, and $11 billion in borrowing (what IDIOT is going to buy California junk bonds?) California almost went bankrupt and there was no way to avoid MASSIVE education cuts.
